What is photosynthesis?

Photosynthesis is a process used by plants and other organisms to combine light energy with carbon oxide and water into chemical energy or organic matter.

Chlorophyll in plants is essential for photosynthesis to happen, and certain conditions should be met; intensity of light, amount of carbon dioxide, adequate temperature, and light. Organic compounds like glucose are made in chlorophyll, these chemical compounds become the energy source of plants, and carbon dioxide coming from a stoma turns into oxygen to emission. This process is called photosynthesis.
